  • Strictly No Refunds, please be sure before transacting and enter the correct amount when sending payment.

  • 50% or full payment before I start the service, you may pay the rest anytime between or after I finish. However, for services under $15 please pay upfront.

  • Paypal fees and such must be shouldered by the client.

  • Prices are negotiable if availing multiple services.

  • The Pilot has the right to refuse a request.

  • The Client is responsible for their account's safety. Changed password or not, please remove my device from your account after the service has ended. (https://account.mihoyo.com/ > Menu > Login Devices)

  • The Pilot promises to treat the Client's account with utmost secrecy and care.

  • The Pilot has the right to document the transaction to be used for proofs. (Will not include sensitive information like UID's)

  • The Pilot has the right to use Co-op to complete tasks if necessary.

  • The Pilot has the right to change rates.

  • Vouchers can only be used by returning customers. (those who have used up the First-Time Bonus)

  • Vouchers can only be used during the date specified and is one-time use only unless otherwise stated.
